Caroline Lewko
Caroline is an accomplished visionary and entrepreneur who has spent over two decades helping develop ground breaking techology and nurturing community connections and innovation. She started WIP, the first boutique Developer Relations agency in 2006, after founding a community and incubator for mobile startups. She’d led consulting engagements and developer events in over 20 countries, spanning a wide range of platforms and technologies; from edge computing and machine learning to mobile.
Now as CEO of Revere Communications, she continues to work with the top ranks of the Fortune 500 and Global 500, to fast growing start-ups, with a focus on training and mentoring the next generation of DevRel leaders. She’s also a regular keynote speaker, conference moderator, awards judge and now an author.
She got her start in mobile in the Telecommunications Industry Group of Anderson Consulting (Accenture). She founded the Wireless Innovation Network of BC (now DIGIBC) in 2001, one of the world’s first regional mobile associations, and spearheaded the development and fundraising of Wavefront, a wireless accelerator. Caroline assisted hundreds of companies through the Government of Canada's Industrial Research Assistance Program (IRAP) providing advice to businesses in software, telecommunications and new media. Prior to this, Caroline worked for a consultancy in Hong Kong, to promote an industrial park in China.

James Parton
James created and ran Developer Programs for O2 (O2 Litmus) & Telefonica (BlueVia), before joining Twilio in 2012 as their first hire outside of the US to launch and run their European business. He did that successfully for 5 years, leaving just after Twilio’s IPO in 2016. James has held board positions with The Application Developer Alliance and the Mobile Ecosystem Forum where he championed the needs of Developers with industry and Government. He regularly advises startups, corporates, and venture capital firms on their Developer Relations strategies via his boutique agency Land and Expand.
In addition to his Developer Relations activities, James is the Managing Director of The Bradfield Centre in Cambridge which provides entrepreneurial opportunities for students at The University of Cambridge, and acts as a Tech community hub for Cambridge and wider east of England region. He is a co-founder of The Triple Chasm Model, which provides data driven tools, training & content to help companies successfully scale.

Dana Fujikawa is a technical writer, programmer writer, and software engineer with over two decades of industry experience. Dana is passionate about developing informational and instructional materials for others.
A former senior level Technical Writer and programmer for Electronic Arts Canada, Dana has combined his strong communication skills with his software engineering background to educate and inform a multitude of audiences. With his extensive technical background, his biggest strength lies in gathering complex technical information and transforming it into easy to use documentation.

Judy Hamilton
Judy Hamilton has been a technology professional for over 25 years and is the Founder and CEO of TerraTap Technologies Inc., an award-winning development company specializing in IoT and Open Data solutions. Prior to starting TerraTap, Judy held C-Level technology positions at companies such as MSFHR and Aker Solutions and was a driving force behind the international success of technology startups such as TIR Systems and TGI Technologies.
Specializing in data communications at the British Columbia Institute of Technology Judy has traveled the world designing and implementing global infrastructure initiatives and trained every level of organizations on leading edge technology solutions. Easily communicating with both the suits in the boardroom and the geeks in the back room is one of Judy’s greatest strengths.
As a passionate supporter of Women in Tech, Judy also mentors new female entrepreneurs, is involved with many women focused industry organizations, and speaks regularly at youth programs that are helping young women choose tech as a career.
